As an Aircraft Inspector IV, you will lead inspection teams and oversee complex inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety. You will also develop inspection protocols and contribute to process improvements. Responsibilities:*Lead and oversee complex aircraft inspections.*Develop and implement inspection protocols.*Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of findings.*Address and resolve significant compliance issues.*Lead training and mentorship programs for junior inspectors.*Conduct periodic audits of maintenance processes.*Complete on-aircraft inspections to include avionics and structures. Qualifications You Must Have:*5+ years of relevant experience.*Advanced knowledge of aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment and parts.*Thorough understanding and experience with the practical application of product audit and inspection processes and procedures.*Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).*Thoroughly familiar with the inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine the airworthiness of aviation products after maintenance.Education Must-haves:*Active, current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.*High school diploma or equivalent.*Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
