Sheet Metal Workers Local 1 is Accepting Apprentices Applications
Our four-year apprenticeship program is designed to put you where real learning happens: on the job. As a Local 1 apprentice, you won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in the field while mastering the skills that power our industry. From welding and architectural sheet metal to residential ductwork and commercial HVAC, you'll train across every major area of the trade — building real expertise, real confidence, and a real career.

Requirements
- Age: 18 years old
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential functions of the trade.
- Valid driver’s license
- Veterans DD-214
