As Director of Regional Sales, you will lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple branches. You will accelerate growth, strengthen market presence, and drive commercial excellence while partnering closely with senior leadership to execute strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue and market share
• Partner with VP of Sales to expand footprint and unlock growth opportunities
• Build relationships with key customers and participate in executive business reviews
• Drive performance through KPIs focused on profitability, service, and sales quality
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement and Category Management
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience with leadership responsibility
• 4+ years of people management experience
• Proven ability to drive growth in a multi-location environment
• Strong financial acumen and performance management skills
• Travel up to 25%
• Office-based with time in branches and customer sites
• Must be authorized to work for Sonepar/Standard Electric without sponsorship now or in the future
Must reside within the Warren / Detroit area
